This notice explains how Yzev Tech ("Yzev", "we") handles the personal data collected on this site, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

We use a single cookie, strictly necessary for the site to work: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers which language (Portuguese, English or Spanish) you're browsing in as you move between pages. It doesn't identify you and isn't used for tracking, so it doesn't require a consent banner. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics tools on this site.

The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily provide when filling out the contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, the selected need, and the message you send.

We use this information exclusively to understand your request and respond to your contact. To deliver your message to our email, the form is processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — it only relays the message and doesn't use your data for any other purpose. We don't use this data to send marketing, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone beyond that technical processor.

We keep the contact form data only for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a record of our conversation with you. You can request deletion of this data at any time through the channels listed below.
